A dedicated pracademic who seeks to bring insights from evidence into action. I have dedicated my life to this work and to the pursuit of peak personal and organisational performance as they define it. Blessed to have been entrusted to do this work and in awe of unexpected courage and potential of people. My world is a very real one and leading my life in an integrated way has bought great fulfilment to my life personally and professionally.  
 
More recently, I have become interested in the intersection of all sectors and the obligation of each to build a socially (and environmentally) sustainable world.
