Hello and welcome to my website.  I work independently to support leaders, their teams, organisations and sometimes sectors in unlocking scalable and sustainable human potential in service of strategy and society.  Often this requires creating a psychologically safe and organisationally endorsed space for reflection and learning, situated between the known (status quo) and the unknown (what’s possible).

 

The challenges for today’s leaders is to grow and adapt in new and unpredictable ways.  I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and encourage others to invest in their own growth and development.  It’s essential to continually craft our (work) life to build relationships that matter, to remind ourselves of the meaningful and social relevance of work, to sustain vitality and intellectual flow, and to leave a legacy for those who come after us.
