As a freelance practitioner working independently, I am open to short term contracts where cultural initiatives are best undertaken from an internal position (designing the cultural response to strategy), or to refresh and reshape and contemporise portfolios and systems related to my own domain of expertise (organisational development, talent identification and development, wellbeing and communications).


I also love working with individuals and teams who want to see what’s possible (peak performance).  
This usually touches on issues of identity, self-acceptance, personal growth, change, peak performance,

improvement, values and work life integration.
